Other things to note • Wi-Fi: High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house for your convenience. • Housekeeping: A housekeeper is on duty Monday to Friday, with weekend and public holiday availability upon request for an additional fee. The housekeeper ensures everything is in working order, maintains cleanliness, and assists with daily needs and services. • Security: The property is equipped with an alarm system linked to 24-hour emergency response through ADT, with a response time of under 2 minutes for peace of mind. • Secure Garage Parking: Enjoy secure parking in a quiet and safe neighborhood, ensuring your vehicle is always protected. • Washing Machine: A washing machine is available for use, and our housekeepers can assist with laundry and ironing at an additional fee. • Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time begins at 14:00pm on your arrival day, and check-out is by 10:00am on the day of departure. Please note, a late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 20:00pm. • Load Shedding: The villa is fully equipped with a backup system that powers the entire house during load shedding, ensuring a seamless stay. • Services Available on Request: High chair, baby cot, and baby gates are available upon request. Babysitting services, a private chef, and private tours/transport can be arranged.
