ACCOMMODATION ON A SEASONAL RENTAL BASIS, TOURIST RESERVATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Our 44m2 apartement is located in Barrio Atocha, south of the centre of Madrid. It is well connected: - Atocha station about 5 minutes walk (500m). - Metro station Palos de la Frontera at 300m and Estación del Arte at 700m. - Reina Sofia Museum at 700m! The space In a building with lift, the appartment is located on the second floor. As you can see in the photos, the apartament consists of the following spaces: - A living room area with sofa and TV, with a small dining table. - Independent kitchen. - 1 Bedroom with 1 double bed of size 135 x 190, with desk. - 1 Bedroom with 1 single bed of size 120x190. - 1 bathroom with shower. It is a space ideal for any kind of stay. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The property has heating through a gas boiler with radiators in all rooms. Hot water is provided by a gas heater. Parking in the area is limited and chargeable: indicated with blue and green lines. It can be difficult to find a parking spot. Nearby parking: Parking Saba Estación Tren Madrid , P.º de la Infanta Isabel, S/n, Arganzuela, 28012 Madrid. Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that you will have to pick the keys for check-in at an establishment less than 15 minutes away from the apartment. For legal reasons, we need all travellers to provide their ID info. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register.
