This condo can be rented as a 3 bed 2.5 bathroom OR a 4 bed 3.5 bath. Sitting on the 12th floor, this 3-4 bedroom luxury condo will take your breath away. Around every corner there is beautiful unique décor, art and wall coverings. The absolute comfort of this condo is exceptional. Open the doors for a cool cross breeze from the ocean and feel refreshed while admiring the endless views from the balconies. The space This condo is well laid out and comfortable for your group. All bedrooms have direct access to the back balcony where you can enjoy a coffee and sunrise. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and closet. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and closet. Bedroom 3 has a king size bed, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 (optional) includes a queen bed and full bath and 65” TV. The 2nd full bathroom is located in front of bedroom 2 and 3 and the half bath is just before the living dining kitchen areas. The open concept of the condo, with the comfortable layout and seating will keep your group mingling while preparing your meals, watching the 75" QLED TV and enjoying the views from the balcony. This condo has the largest kitchen of all, is fully equipped to allow the "chef" in the group to work their magic and produces amazing meals for all. At the entrance is the utility room with a stacked washer / dryer and hot water tank for your use. This condo is also equipped with Fibre internet running at 200 mbs download speed, so it's the perfect spot for you to run your business from the beach. Guest access The entire condo is yours during your getaway. All the common areas are shared with others in the condominium complex; pools, gardens, parking, etc. The condominium is equipped with 2 large pools, one is 93 meters long and the second one is 68 meters long, so there is lots of room for everyone to enjoy. The pools are lined with lounge chairs and small cabana beds for your relaxation and comfort. There is a paid, onsite gym, which guests must pay for through the administration. Other things to note Please note there is additional charges to your rental: 1. $250 pesos per person for condominium access bracelets, which is paid at check in to the administration. 2. Your power consumption during your stay at a rate of $3.8 pesos per kWh. A security deposit of $400 pesos per night will be required to be transferred the night before arrival. After check out, an energy consumption calculation with be completed. If there is a surplus of deposit, we will send the difference back to you, and if there is an excess in usage, we request that you pay the difference. With your rental you receive 10% discount at El Sonido de Las Olas restaurant in Ixtapa. They are open 8 am to 2 pm daily, closed on Wednesday. They are located in front of Intercam Bank, behind Rubens Hamburgers.
