The space A warm welcome in our Luxury 5* apartment, on the groundfloor of a gated and secure condominium of 26 units named Wacamaya, at Rooi Santo, Noord, just 15 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive to the beach! A recently completed thorough renovation of the communal swimming pool and pooldeck, together with a brand new jacuzzi, gives the complex a luxury and appearance that suits the wishes of our guests. On the secured parking lot of the complex, you can park your car just in front of our condo door. Our condo has everything you need to spend an unforgettable holiday in 'One Happy Island' Aruba, and is recently upgraded with a brand new kitchen. It is located in by far the most popular part of Aruba, called Noord. This condo is very highly valued and is the most popular apartment in the complex with excellent reviews. We always aim to further improve our service for our guests. That means that service goes beyond booking alone. We are helpful with all kind of recommendations concerning car rental, shopping, restaurants, beaches etcetera, before AND after booking! There is one bedroom with a kingsize bed (new in April 2024!) and one sofa bed (queensize) in the livingroom, that makes service possible up to 4 people. In the fully equiped kitchen it is a pleasure to prepare your breakfast, lunch or dinner, with a 6 burner gas-stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffeemaker, oven, blender, American fridge and all cooking utensils. There is a relaxing BBQ area, free to use and a lounge- and sitting area. Our apartment is: - non smoking only - pets not allowed - wheelchair accessible - children welcome Shopping malls, restaurants, supermarket, casino’s and a great golf course, it is all there! It’s close to the beaches that belong to the most beautiful beaches in the world, like Palm Beach, Eagle Beach, Malmok Beach, Arashi Beach and near the most trendy American hotel chains like Mariott and The Ritz Carlton. We recommend to rent a car! A laundry is also located close to the apartment, if you want to use it. A handy lockbox with unit keys allows you to checkin 24 hours a day.
