The Farm Cradle Country is a beautifully styled 1 bedroom farm house apartment located in the mountains of North West Tasmania. A scenic 40 minute drive from Cradle Mountain and close to many other local attractions, Sheffield the town of Murals, Lake Barrington, Mt Roland hiking trails, Wild Mersey MTB network, Latrobe chocolate factory, Ashgrove cheese factory, Van Diemans Ice Creamery, Mole Creek Caves, Trowunna Wildlife Sanctuary & many other natural scenic Tasmanian lakes, hikes & walks. The space This 1 bedroom fully self contained apartment is attached to the main farmhouse. The apartment has its own private entrance, designated carpark and fully hedged front garden with its own dedicated deck, BBQ, fire pit and outdoor seating with views over the surrounding farms. The apartment has a full kitchen with oven, stove, range hood, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink and dishwasher. Plates, bowls, cutlery, glassware, mugs, saucepans, fry pans, trays and all cooking utensils are included. There are no laundry facilities in the apartment. A complimentary first day breakfast is provided with delicious fresh farm baked bread, farm fresh free range eggs, honey, assorted jams, butter, milk, tea and coffee for you to cook at a time that’s convenient. We do not have TV, Streaming services or WIFI at The Farm Cradle Country. We have intentionally opted out of these usual offerings to assist our guests to disconnect to reconnect with nature, peace and each other. We have thoughtfully curated the apartment and outdoor space to keep you busy and entertained in lieu of the above. Enjoy the boardgames on offer, cook a meal together, roast marshmallows over the fire, read a book, star gaze into the clear night sky, tell stories of the days gone by over a glass of wine and some local produce sourced in your travels. Feed the chickens and goats, watch the cows graze and their new calves run and play, take a country stroll. The activities are endless here at The Farm Cradle Country.
