Description

Enjoying great privacy thanks to its strategic location, located on the sea and with private access to the beach, this villa offers an experience of tranquility and stunning scenery. In its more than 200 square meters of useful area, it has two fully differentiated common areas (with kitchen, dining room, living room each). In addition, it can be enjoyed in summer and winter, since the coast of Almería has an average annual temperature of 24 degrees and 320 days of sunshine a year. The space It is very well connected to the Mediterranean highway (A-7), which makes it ideal for visiting the provinces of Granada, Malaga and Almería. The beach is completely natural, so it has hardly any public influx. It lacks services, but for this we have the house a few meters away. Keep in mind that, being a natural beach, its physiognomy can vary frequently, sometimes with sand, sometimes with chinorro, and even stones. The use of booties or fins is recommended for immersion in the water. It's great for snorkeling and fishing. When there are waves it is dangerous to swim, for these days we suggest the use of our pool. EXTERIORS The villa is not adjacent to any other dwelling, but to rustic estates. Its fences preserve privacy and provide security, but are environmentally friendly. All outdoor areas have ocean views. You can enjoy your rooftop, which has a glass railing, so that the experience of fusion with the sea is complete. As if that were not enough, we have a terrace at each cardinal point; so, if the wind blows, we can always use the terrace that is sheltered at all times, so most of the time you can enjoy the outdoors. The east terrace, which leads to a beautiful garden and where the pool is located, has furniture with capacity for 12 people, and also with sun loungers for the pool. The front terrace, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, has two Balinese beds for comfort and enjoyment of the climate and landscape. We have free and enclosed parking for three vehicles or more, depending on the size (the vehicle access door measures 2.19 meters wide x 2.33 meters high, vehicles that exceed these measurements will not be able to pass). Hidden from the winds is the barbecue area, with a comfortable sink, a woodshed and a shed to house beach utensils. Next to the main entrance is the laundry area with a clothesline. INSIDE Upon entering the house, we find a hallway that divides it into its three areas, fully connected to each other from the inside: Upper floor At street level, and accessed directly from the parking lot. It stands out for its rustic style furniture handmade by its original owner, a famous local craftsman. This floor has three bedrooms: one with a 120x190 bed, another with two 80x180 bunk beds (the upper one is recommended only for children or people of low weight), and the third with a queen size bed. All of them have built-in closets. This floor is completed by a bathroom with shower and screen and a gas kitchenette that connects with the spacious dining room with beautiful ocean views and a table that seats 6. The living room area, endearingly cozy, has a fireplace and television. As if that were not enough, this floor is completed by an impressive boat-effect terrace that can be converted into an office when requested, as it is fully glazed. Imagine working with 180-degree ocean views. Attic From the hallway we go up some stairs with suspended wooden steps that lead to the attic, where we have a double bedroom (two 90 cm beds), with wooden ceiling and floor, with access to the walkable roof, which has sun loungers and furniture to enjoy the wonderful sunrises and sunsets of this house. Lower floor Accessed by an interior staircase from the upper floor. This floor, designed to be shared during the day, is an open space, except for the dressing room, bathroom and bedroom. This is at the bottom of the floor, with a queen size bed and stunning views of both the garden and pool and the sea. You'll think you're living on a boat. When you go down, on the right is the dressing room with a built-in bathroom. In front of the kitchen, fully equipped, with Nespresso coffee machine, ceramic hob, oven and microwave, and with a mineral water dispenser, with hot/cold option; the kitchen is fully integrated with the dining room, living room and library. The dining room, of generous dimensions, has a table with seating for 8/10 people. The living room on this floor has a fireplace and a large television, which can be seen from anywhere on the floor. As if that were not enough, the floor also offers an event tap for beer, and you can hire a barrel if you wish. From this floor you can access the house's terraces, pool, garden, beach access, barbecue and closet to store beach utensils. Its large windows perfectly connect the interior with the exterior, for added comfort. The villa has air conditioning in the two common areas, not in the bedrooms. It has electric heating in addition to the two fireplaces. Guest access Guests have the entire villa at their disposal, both inside and outside. They will also have the key that opens the access door to the beach on which it is located. Other things to note THE SURROUNDINGS The city of Adra is 6 kilometers from the house, with numerous services and great cuisine. Although the district of Guainos has a bus, transportation in this area is complicated. There is no problem for an ambulance to arrive, but for daily mobility it is very convenient to have a vehicle. The nearest village is Guainos, which can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes and has several bars. In addition, the location of the house allows guests to visit some points of interest in the Andalusian environment: it is recommended to visit the well-known beach of Rijana in Gualchos, just 30 km away, Granada is an hour away, also its coastal town of Almuñécar or Nerja in Malaga (famous for its caves) and the beaches of Cabo de Gata and Almería airport 45 minutes away. Malaga is an hour and a half away. For hiking lovers, nature outings can be made to the Alpujarra of Granada and the Via Ferrata de Guainos, for caving lovers.
