The small house

The house is located in a quiet environment at the end of a cul-de-sac, a 5-minute walk from the city center. The interior has been completely renovated to offer you a cocooning spirit. Guests can enjoy a relaxing time with the jacuzzi for an additional charge of €35/night (plus Airbnb fees). Self check-in 24 hours a day possible. Parties and pets are prohibited The space On the ground floor You will find a large living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, induction cooktop, hood, fridge + freezer, microwave, kettle, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster and everything you need to cook. A dining area with a table and 4 chairs. A living room area with corner sofa, coffee table and TV. You will have access to the terrace where you can enjoy the Jacuzzi, a small dining table, garden furniture and a deckchair for two people. On the 1st floor: You will find the open bedroom with a 160*200 bed and its dressing room, and a large bathroom with a round bathtub. If you are coming for a special occasion, you want to make a surprise, we offer additional services such as a bottle of chilled champagne upon arrival, rose petals or other requests… please don't hesitate to contact us. For bookings of a minimum of nights minimum with the jacuzzi option, a bottle of champagne will be waiting for you upon arrival. We provide bed linen, kitchen towels, towels and bathrobes for the jacuzzi exit. Free parking spaces are located 50 meters from the house where it is easy to park.
