This apartment is very good for long stays if you want to discover Antwerp and want all facilities like at home. The owner lives in this apartment when it's not rented out but is not around while you stay here. It is located in a very nice, quiet yet lively neighborhood but the city center is just 10 minutes away. The tram stops at the door. Parks and a swimming pool nearby, shops, restaurants, cafés and supermarkets. Central Station is just 6 tram stops away. The space The apartment has a nice big living room of 28 M3, a big bedroom with kingsize bed and plenty of cupboard space, a smaller bedroom with a single bed and a separate working desk, a bathroom with shower and sink, a washing machine and a dryer, a kitchen with all modern equipment, including electric cooking plate, microwave oven, electric oven, coffee machines, dishwasher, mixers, fridge, sink, pots, pans, complete collection of kitchenware. There is a small terrace on the Southside where you can have your breakfast in the sunshine. All rooms are connected via large central hal with a large vestiaire cupboard. The apartment is on the first floor and there is an elevator. Registration Nº Flemish Tourism Board: 410573 90% of the rate is for the rent of the flat. 10% is for the use of the content. Guest access The apartment is entirely at your disposal and you do not have to share any spaces with others. Access to the second floor, where the flat is located is with the elevator or via the staircase. Keys are always handed over in person, not via a lockerbox. Other things to note The apartment is really not meant for loud parties as this might immediately give cause to complaints by the neighbors, who are expecting to be able to sleep normally during the night. The Antwerp Police Department is known to react swiftly to any such complaints and the tenants are solely responsible for the consequences of such interventions.
