Stay in this waterfront townhouse/cottage in the popular Long Island Village resort. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms, ideal for 4 people. Master bedroom with king size bed on second floor with opening out to the cozy livingroom and open kitchen downstairs. You have all what you need. Water views from your living room and deck, where you can relax while looking at the boats sail by. The space In the popular Long Island Village resort right out to one of the many water canals you find this new listing. Ideal for short or long term rentals. Living room with water views and beautiful open kitchen layout. One bedroom is upstairs with a king size bed. There is an opening down to the living room, but you will not be able to see up from the livingroom. The other bedroom is downstairs and has two single beds. There is a bathroom upstairs and one down stairs. Guest access The mandatory resort fee will give you access to all the amenities offered in Long Island Village Resort. Your airbnb host will inform the administrative office of your arrival and give them all your names. Few days before your arrival, you will receive detailed check-in information per email. You will receive wristbands to wear among the pool area and when you use the other activitities as proof for you have paid the resort fee of $110 per house hold and per stay. You have parking for two cars by your cottage. Other things to note A mandatory resort fee of $110 per household per stay will be charged by the Long Island Village Resort, but it will give you access to the following amenities: A large outdoor swimming pool with lounge chairs, Heated indoor pool , hot tub, miniature golf, an 18 hole par 3 golf course, pool tables, tennis, basketball courts, small library, recreation fitness center.
