A home loved by children and designed for comfort, our child friendly setting ensures a fun packed and enjoyable stay for guests of all ages. The villa is powered by Solar energy and ensures backup power during outages, allowing for a seamless and comfortable stay while embracing eco-friendly living. This holiday home offers a perfect blend of luxury and sustainability, making it an ideal getaway. 25onFirst is let out as a whole and not on a room-by-room basis. Guests are required to bring their own DSTV Packages with them as DSTV is not provided. There are 2 Smart TVs - 1 in the upstairs lounge and 1 in the downstairs entertainment area, there is an HDMI cable provided with the Smart TV in the upstairs Lounge 25onFirst ideally accommodates 10 Adults and 6 Children. A maximum of 12 adults if there are no children. We warmly welcome smaller groups, contact us directly for tailored rates for groups comprising of 4 to 9 people. It features 6 Bedrooms, 5 of which are en-suite. - The Main Bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and a Sleeper couch - The second bedroom has a King-size bed. - The third, fourth, fifth and sixth bedrooms feature Queen beds, with an additional second Sleeper couch in the third Bedroom - There is a set of Single Bunk Beds and a set of 3/4 Pull out Beds in the downstairs area. The Main Upstairs Bedroom bathroom has a bath, a shower, 2 basins, and a toilet, while the rest have a shower, a basin, and a toilet. Linen, Bath towels and swimming towels are provided. There are 2 guest toilets downstairs. There is Air Conditioning in the Main Upstairs Bedroom and the Upstairs Lounge Area. Our valued Guests are spoiled with the thoughtful amenities having 2 fully equipped kitchens with fridge-freezers, a 95l Deep Freeze, stoves, ovens, microwaves, an Air Fryer, cutlery, crockery, an ice-making machine and tea-and coffee-making facilities. Both kitchens are equipped with drinking water Filtration Systems. Both kitchens lead out to a lounge furnished with comfy couches. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available. The downstairs Entertainment area has sliding doors which reveal a communal wooden deck with a sparkling 8m swimming pool, a shaded boma with a firepit, a spectacular Kolkol Wood-Fired Hot Tub and Braai facilities. There is an outside shower. Guests can unwind with a refreshing sundowner or create a delightful alfresco dining experience right by the pool, making it an ideal setting for relaxation and enjoyment. Just a short drive from Shelley Point Estate, there are a few Grocery Shops, a Pharmacy, a Petrol Station and some lovely Restaurants in St Helena Bay The Weskus Shopping Mall is in Vredenburg which is about a 30 minute drive from Shelley Point Estate.
