The space With the beach right at the end of the quiet, residential street, this is a perfect summer getaway or a tranquil winter retreat from which to base your exploration of the delights Melbourne city has to offer to the north or the beautiful Mornington Peninsula to the south. Air-conditioned throughout, spacious and bright, this luxury apartment is a delight. Both bedrooms are a good size with plenty of storage space and their own bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own en-suite bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower. Unusually, and making this apartment a great choice for two couples, the second bedroom can be configured as either two single beds or a king bed. There is a second bathroom also with a walk-in shower. The large kitchen is fitted with all the usual appliances, fridge, freezer, oven, stove top, microwave and dishwasher. There is a washing machine with seperate dryer as well for your laundry needs during your stay. There is a private outdoor courtyard for your exclusive use with a small outdoor dining and seating area plus a clothes line to hang up your beach towels. The apartment is located the ground floor of the building. The apartment comes with one secure, underground parking space with a height limit of 2.1 metres.
