2-room apartment near Triemli with large balcony

Just a 5-minute walk from the Schaufelbergerstrasse tram stop, the apartment offers quick access to the city center (15 minutes by tram to the main station). Supermarkets such as Denner, Coop and Migros are also within walking distance. I usually live in the apartment, but since I am regularly on the road for longer periods (and can plan accordingly for inquiries), I now rent out my apartment via Airbnb. The space The apartment has 2 rooms - a living room with a large, cozy sofa and projector, and a bedroom. In addition, there is a large balcony that is protected from the weather. The apartment has a fiber optic connection with > 1 Gbit. Since I normally live in the apartment myself, there are some personal items in the apartment, but I bring most of the things to the basement beforehand, so there is enough space!
