Tilly’s Townhouse is stylishly-furnished, has a private garden and is one of the few local properties with free parking! There’s a spacious living room with a large Netflix TV and Wifi, a lovely kitchen with island dining, an indulgent bathroom, dedicated workspace and a patio with a dining area. With two comfortable bedrooms – one with a king-size bed and one a double bed – plus a double sofa bed there’s space for up to six guests. Ideal for exploring the beautiful heart of England! The space Tilly’s Townhouse offers a stylish and relaxing stay with cool contemporary decor and a private enclosed back garden. The rooms are light, bright and spacious and there’s free parking for at least two cars on the premises. There are two comfortable bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, one with a double, and there’s a double sofabed in the living room – where you’ll find a feature fireplace, armchairs and a large TV with Netflix and Wifi. The relaxing bathroom has a bath and wooden panelling. The stylish kitchen has an island dining area, built-in microwave and oven and a hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and cafetiere. In the adjacent conservatory there’s a dining table overlooking the garden. Outside are a table and chairs under a pergola. With its lawn, shrubs and patio the enclosed garden is perfect for a glass of wine and dining al fresco! Tilly is convenient for exploring the beautiful countryside and market towns of Leicestershire and Rutland and has plenty country walks nearby. It’s 8.8 miles fromhistoric Bradgate Park ‒ home to the 550 red and fallow deer who roam around the romantic ruins of Lady Jane Grey’s home. Beacon Hill and Swithland Wood, famousfor its bluebells, are close by and you can explore the many hiking and cycling trails. Watermead Country Park – haven for wildlife with nature reserves, lakes and wildflower meadows, 0.9 miles Queniborough, with pretty cottages and the famous 162-foot needle spire of St Mary’s church, has two popular country pubs and a café with tempting cakes! 3.1 miles The National Space Centre – Planetarium, Rocket Tower with Apollo Lunar Lander and real moon rock plus the Tetrastar Spaceport: take a low Earth orbit cruise on the Tharsis spacecraft! 4.6 miles The King Richard III Visitor Centre next to Leicester Cathedral, where the King lies following his famous discovery underneath a car park, 6.3 miles Conkers – family-friendly forest adventure park, 24 miles Ashby de la Zouch Castle – stars in Walter Scott's novel Ivanhoe.
