The studio features a range of amenities designed to enhance your stay, including access to a rooftop pool and bar where you can unwind with a signature cocktail, a fitness center, and on site dining. NOTE: A credit card and photo ID are required at check in for the security deposit ($250) and daily resort fee. On-site valet parking is available for $58 per night with in-and-out privileges. GUEST NAME CHANGE POLICY - Guest name changes on the reservation must be made more than 15 days prior to check-in. - The resort charges a $99 guest name change on the reservation. RESERVATION CHANGE POLICY - All date, unit, or location changes made are subject to a $30 change fee. - Any changes are subject to the resort’s availability. CANCELLATION POLICY - A full refund will be provided for cancelations that are made 31 days prior to check-in. - A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations 15 to 30 days prior to check-in. - No refund will be given within 14 days of check-in. LOCAL CHARGES (MOST RESORTS) - $150.00- $360.00 Security Deposit will be paid on arrival and be refunded on departure. - Parking Fee: Most resorts have free parking, but it is not guaranteed. - Resort Fee: Most resorts do charge a refundable security deposit. - Nightly Local Taxes: Most resorts do not have this fee, but that’s not guaranteed.
