For your safety and peace of mind, the villa is equipped with external home security. To welcome you, a refreshing cocktail and cool face towels will be waiting in the fridge – your holiday starts the moment you arrive! Other things to note • This is our second home – please treat it with care and respect. Strictly no smoking. • Grocery pre-stocking (up to 8 items) is available for a small fee. Request before arrival. • Let us know in advance if you’d like the twin beds linked as a king. • Personal laundry service is not available. • Washing machine available for guest use – bring your own detergent and use at your own risk. • Please do not unplug the WiFi boosters, as this will affect signal strength throughout the villa. • No jumping into the pool – it’s shallow and unsafe to dive. • The villa is in a residential area – no parties, gatherings, or loud noise, especially at night. • External security camera is in place at the front door for your safety and ours.
