Room by the Orange Groves

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy a furnished bedroom, shared kitchen, living room space, and a bathroom. There is a front yard with a patio. The back yard is for my large dogs to roam, so it shouldn’t be accessed. I live alone and mainly keep to my room and the kitchen. If needed you could use a shared laundry room. The house is located just 5-10 minutes from the downtown Sebring near Lake Jackson pier and the Circle that often has festivals and quaint shops. The space This is a single family home on a third acre. There are neighbours on both sides and orange groves behind. Guest access You’ll have access to the shared living space of the living room, kitchen, and guest bathroom. The guest bedroom will be your spaces exclusively. You can enter through the front patio door which is at the left when facing the house. There’s a hallway between the kitchen and living room. The first door on the left is the guest bathroom. The second door on the left is the guest bedroom where you’ll be staying. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, air fryer, toaster, and keurig. During your stay Most days I’ll be at the house in the morning until 7:30 a.m. and I return by around 6:00 pm. You can message me through the app. I'm happy to meet and tell you about the area. I'm also content to stay to my room after having my meals. I occasionally host meals for a group of friends at my house which you'd be welcome to join. I will let you know if this is the case. Other things to note My dogs will be in the backyard. They may bark when you first arrive, but they eventually settle down. At times they could jump up, so it’s best not to go in the backyard with them. I don’t let them in the house.
