Modern New Suite in Cranbrook

Equipped with granite countertops, heated towel racks and a cozy living area, guests can enjoy in this centrally located part of Cranbrook while within walking distance of the East Kootenay Regional Hospital, College of the Rockies, a coffee shop, golf course, and a bus stop only a block away. Address: 2517 3A St S, Cranbrook, BC V1C 4V8 The space Our lower level suite offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with laundry. There is an open concept kitchen and living area where guests can relax and watch a movie or prepare food and dine. Both bathrooms carry full size bathtubs with showers. The suite is also equipped with 2000 Mbps wifi. Each bedroom contains a lockable door with key, window with curtains, dresser and closet, smoke/CO alarms, a desk with lamp and chair, lots of below bed suitcase storage space, and an extra blanket and bed sheets. Bedroom 1 is suited with a queen bed and private ensuite; bedroom 2 has the largest footprint and is suited with a king bed; bedroom 3 is suited with a double bed and small walk-in closet. Winters stay warm with adjustable thermostats in each room; summers stay cool with AC above, keeping temperatures hovering around 17-18 degrees with no heat turned on. The smart TV has over 350 free channels provided but guests are also welcome to log into their personal streaming services such as Netflix, prime video, Disney plus, and others If walking from the hospital the quickest route is the path straight off of 24th Ave S (goes beside the fire department) and connects to 3rd St S. This takes about 8 minutes (google maps however recommends a longer route). Guest access Guests have full access to the driveway and private outdoor space (inside of the wooden gate) as well as the full private indoor suite space. The parking stall in front of the wooden gate is for guests. If the second stall is also required, just let me know. There’s lots of street parking around as well. For trash and recycling disposal, guests can walk around the front of the house and through the arch (to the right of the driveway) where bins can be found.
