Welcome to our newly designed apartment, which offers you a perfect combination of comfort and nature. The apartment is on the top floor and is accessible via an external staircase. It is located in a new development area surrounded by mountains and untouched nature. Experience pure relaxation in our lovingly furnished apartment, which was designed with our own efforts and a lot of passion. The space Bedroom: Cozy bedroom with double bed for relaxing nights. Living room: Bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for additional guests. Dining area: Open dining area, perfect for social evenings. Bath: Modern bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine and other amenities. Balcony overlooking the mountains – the perfect place to start the day with a cup of coffee or end the evening. A bicycle parking space and a ski wall mount are provided. A high chair is available. Activities: Right at your doorstep, numerous hiking and cycling trails await. In winter, the nearby ski resorts such as Sudelfeld and Spitzing invite you to ski. Or you can explore the cross-country ski trails from Fischbachau or Bayrischzell. In addition, the beautiful bathing lakes Schliersee and Tegernsee are only a few kilometers away – ideal for a refreshing day of swimming or long walks. Other things to note The apartment is located in the quiet new development area on Wolfsee in Fischbachau in the district of Miesbach and is approx. 45 minutes by car from the state capital Munich. The connection to the train is very close. Highways to the state capital or south can be reached in 20 minutes. Munich and Salzburg airports are about an hour away by car. Fischbachau offers a wide range of activities for its guests all year round. In winter, the ski resorts Spitzing and Sudelfeld can be reached in about 7 km from the apartment. Cross-country ski trails can be found in Bayerischzell and Hundham in front of an idyllic mountain backdrop. In summer you can swim or sail in the Bavarian and Austrian lakes. Especially the proximity to Tegernsee, Schliersee and Thiersee offer countless possibilities for leisure activities. Hiking and cycling trails start right at your doorstep. The pilgrimage site of Maria Birkenstein is certainly worth a visit. The Fischbachau outdoor pool is only 5 minutes away by car and very easy to reach by bike. If the weather is less sunny, there is the possibility of visiting the thermal baths Bad Aibling or Vitaltherme Schliersee. A guided tour of Germany's largest distillery "Slyrs" or a visit to the open-air museum Wasmeier in Schliersee is also recommended. The Wendelsteinbahn, about 10 minutes away by car, takes visitors to the top of the mountain (1800 m) in a gondola. In any weather and at any time of the year, a comprehensive range of leisure and sports activities is possible and offers the possibility of a varied offer for young and old.
