Relax in the countryside

Relax in the countryside in an old farmhouse, right next to a horse farm, meadows and forests. Train station, hobby airfield, bike path… there are many ways to find Wöbbel. I would be happy to give you excursion tips for nice and less nice weather. I have games (Games of the Year, Connoisseur Games of the Year) and a cozy bar. You can enjoy culture, handball Bundesliga, nature or the beautiful towns in the area. This is where you should meet! And you can retreat! The space On the ground floor of this old farmhouse, 2 guest rooms were insulated with sustainable materials and renovated with clay in 2024. A wheelchair-accessible bathroom was installed. Unfortunately, only the door to the garden with a stream could not be widened. The house is centrally heated with a pellet stove in the hallway, which is why there is a pleasant atmosphere in the hallway and an extendable table invites you to a cozy get-together, which may also end at the bar table. Games for all ages are provided. The plan is to have the outdoor area in front of the house and the facade rebuilt in 2025. So I hope that the first external impression will be balanced by all the other amenities and my organizational efforts for your perfect stay. Guest access My house has an alarm system. You get a code instead of a key. The rooms are lockable. I am not yet equipped for small children, but with enough time in advance I will get what is missing. The bathroom still lacks a support handle for wheelchair users on the toilet. This can also be retrofitted as soon as the need is reported. Be sure to let me know. During your stay Wöbbel is the ideal base for trips to historic towns by bus, train, car or bike. If you come by train or small plane, I will be happy to pick you up, provided it has been planned in a timely manner. Both are only 4 km away. E-bikes can be rented at Lake Schiedersee. Games for all ages are provided. My wish is that no one feels alone in this house, but everyone can withdraw to enjoy their peace. Other things to note There is currently no kitchen on the ground floor. But you are welcome to use my kitchen. A small kitchen is planned on the ground floor and will hopefully be installed in the next few weeks. Please book both rooms if you want to occupy the whole apartment. Communication in advance is important to me! I also have a small dog who likes to greet guests.
