The suite includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a sleeper sofa, a master bedroom with a king-size bed, and second bedroom with two Queen beds. The space The Atlanta Resort offers a 2 Bedroom Deluxe suite that embodies the essence of a laid-back paradise right in the heart of Atlanta’s vibrant cityscape. This suite is designed to provide a comfortable and luxurious stay for guests. Accommodations: The suite comfortably houses up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families or groups. It includes 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. Size: Spanning approximately 1273 square feet, the suite offers ample space for relaxation and entertainment. Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare their own meals with ease. Baths: There are 1.75 bathrooms, providing convenience and privacy for all guests. Guests can enjoy the resort’s amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, casual dining options, and concierge services. The resort also boasts a shared rooftop pool and bar, where you can unwind with a cocktail while taking in the stunning city skyline. The resort overlooks the beautiful Centennial Olympic Park and is within walking distance to attractions like the SkyView observation wheel, unique museums, delicious restaurants, and the iconic Georgia Aquarium. The Atlanta 2 Bedroom Deluxe suite is a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and island-inspired ambiance, ensuring a memorable stay in the city. NOTE: A credit card and photo ID are required at check in for the security deposit ($250) and daily resort fee. On-site valet parking is available for $58 per night with in-and-out privileges. GUEST NAME CHANGE POLICY - Guest name changes on the reservation must be made more than 15 days prior to check-in. - The resort charges a $99 guest name change on the reservation. RESERVATION CHANGE POLICY - All date, unit, or location changes made are subject to a $30 change fee. - Any changes are subject to the resort’s availability. CANCELLATION POLICY - A full refund will be provided for cancelations that are made 31 days prior to check-in. - A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations 15 to 30 days prior to check-in. - No refund will be given within 14 days of check-in. LOCAL CHARGES (MOST RESORTS) - $150.00- $360.00 Security Deposit will be paid on arrival and be refunded on departure. - Parking Fee: Most resorts have free parking, but it is not guaranteed. - Resort Fee: Most resorts do charge a refundable security deposit. - Nightly Local Taxes: Most resorts do not have this fee, but that’s not guaranteed.
