If you require the benefit of access to The Buoys main house (Conservatory, Kitchen, Front Terrace and private driveway parking - providing wonderful views across the Conwy Estuary - this can be guaranteed with an additional payment. Free on street parking is available on Marine Crescent at all times. The space Our private self contained Beach Hut studio has a double bed with en-suite shower, w/c and wash basin. In addition, the studio provides a countertop fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster & Nespresso coffee machine, wifi, television and radio. You also have access to our Laundry room and the washer / dryer. Externally, your private courtyard benefits from outdoor dining table and seating, with string lights for post sunset atmosphere. If you require the benefit of access to The Buoys main house (Conservatory, Kitchen, Front Terrace and private driveway parking - providing wonderful views across the Conwy Estuary - this can be guaranteed with an additional payment. Guest access Access to the property is via a lock box, although we do try to meet guests on arrival to welcome you and answer any questions you may have about the property or the local area. Other things to note The railway track is at the rear of the property serving Llandudno, so you can hear trains from early morning until mid evening. Their speed past the property is approximately 25-30 mph. If other guests have booked the use of The Buoys Main House, access to the Conservatory and the Driveway private parking is not available. Free on street parking is available at the front of the property.
