The space It is a simple and cozy apartment, with rustic wood decor, several plants, an airy, well-lit, clean and good energy environment. Gated condominium with 24-hour concierge and monitoring on a main avenue, great for arriving and leaving at any time. It has everything you could need around. Guest access It includes a fully furnished private room with a key in the door. The guest keeps the keys to the apartment so that they have more mobility during their stay. You have free access to the condominium's leisure area. Garage space available. During your stay I like to meet people, their culture and region they live in, but also if the person is quieter in their own way, I respect that. Other things to note -You will be staying with the Hostess, who resides in the apartment and has a routine! If you want a spotless place, a hotel or entire space is recommended, not a shared environment. -Be careful not to slam doors, someone may be sleeping in the next room; - Pillowcase, sheet and bath towel that are stained with makeup will be charged 15 reais per piece for extra cleaning of the pieces. -Stays longer than 3 nights are entitled to 1 free laundry wash in the washing machine, the others will be charged 15 reais per wash. If it is a long stay, you will be entitled to one more free wash every 5 days.
