The entrance is completely independent. Access is via a staircase located on the front of the residence. Parking is available in the residence. Living area with kitchenette. The sofa is a single sofa bed. The 2 bedrooms are located in the attic with parquet flooring. One of the bedrooms is air-conditioned. Storage dresser + small wardrobe in one of the bedrooms. The 2 beds are 140 cm. Storage furniture in the other bedroom with a desk. Dresser, storage furniture and bathtub in the bathroom. The shutters are electric for the living room/kitchenette, bathroom and blackout blinds are installed on the windows of the bedrooms. Sheets, towels and dish towels are provided. Basic products at your disposal: oil, vinegar, sugar, condiments. Household products available. Dishwashing liquid and sponge on site. Fresh drinks in the fridge upon arrival. Coffee capsules for mini Dolce Gusto coffee maker and tea bags. A raclette machine is available for your winter evenings. The pool is secured by a locked gate. There are deckchairs, a large umbrella, garden table and chairs, shower and outdoor shelter with barbecue. There is also an arbor with armchair and coffee table. The pool will be shared with the residents of the residence, without restriction. The apartment is located near the entrance of the highway to Marseille towards Notre Dame de la Garde, the Vallon des Auffes, the Goudes, the coves and the Vélodrome stadium, 15 minutes from Cassis, La Ciotat, 20 minutes from Saint Cyr les Lecques, Bandol, Sanary, a few minutes by car from the hills of Pagnol and Garlaban.
