High ceilings enhance the airy feel, making it a delightful space to unwind at any time of day. You'll share a well-maintained bathroom with me, and have access to shared spaces including the kitchen, living, and dining rooms. The kitchen is equipped with essentials like a microwave, toaster, coffee machine, SodaStream, and egg maker—though note, stove cooking is not available. For added convenience, a laundromat is just across the street. Stay connected with super-fast Sonic fiber-optic internet, and enjoy easy access to major bus lines (1, 38, 33, and more). Essentials like a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. Located close to a grocery store, with cafes and restaurants just a block away on Clement Street, this spot is perfect for a blend of comfort, convenience, and a true San Francisco experience! Guest access You’ll have access to your private bedroom, which includes a locking door with keys for added privacy. The bathroom is shared with me, and you’ll also have use of the living room, kitchen, and peaceful back garden. Entry to the apartment is easy and secure with a keypad lock, so there’s no need to manage separate keys for the main entrance. During your stay I live on-site and will be around if you need anything, but I fully respect your privacy and want you to feel at home. Other things to note I occasionally have friends or family over for meals, sometimes more than one person. Very rarely, I may have a personal guest stay overnight in my room.
