Eyrie Guest Cottage, Greenbank

Eyrie is a luxury private residence located in Greenbank, which is a private enclave of 8 private residences. It sits approximately 1,000 feet above Brewers Bay on the north central coast of Tortola with views of Brewers Bay below, and of Luck Hill and the island of Jost van Dyke to the north-west. Greenbank has a micro sub-tropical rain forest climate. The space Welcome to Eyrie, which is an old English word for an "eagle's nest." Eyrie has a garden replete with flowering plants, passion fruit vines, and mango and pomegranate trees. The Guest Cottage a 1,688 sq. ft. 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom home is a new addition to Eyrie, completed in August 2023. It was designed by OBMI, a leading firm of architects in the BVI. The cottage boasts granite (bathroom vanities and kitchen) and white quartz (pantry and TV credenza). Additionally, it has contemporary furniture using earth-like, noble, elegant and durable/robust products and materials, inspired by the cottage surroundings. It's considered an “oasis within an oasis” with selection of sculptural furniture pieces, that stand-out in each space, highlighted by the use of a pastel color-scheme with white ceilings and clear walls to maximize natural light through-out cottage rooms and seaside deck areas. The main house is located a few feet from the cottage which is occupied by the owners, whenever on island. There is a heated pool located a few feet from the main house, which guests will have full access to. Guest access Guests have full access to Eyrie Guest Cottage, driveway, pool and garden. Other things to note The owners have two loveable, friendly and protective AKC registered Bullmastiffs who will be confined during your stay on the property.
