The space The 3 Bedroom Deluxe suite is a spacious and luxurious accommodation option that offers a comfortable and stylish stay for up to 10 guests. Covering an impressive 1399 sq ft, the suite features a well-appointed layout with 3 bedrooms, a living room, and a dining area. Each bedroom is designed to provide a restful experience, with varying bed types (BED TYPES CANNOT BE GUARANTEED) adorned with high-quality bed sheets and blackout drapes/curtains to ensure a good night’s sleep. The suite includes 2 bathrooms, each equipped with a bathtub or shower, a hair dryer, and towels, catering to the convenience of multiple guests. The living area is a perfect spot for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a 32-inch TV with cable channels and free WiFi to keep guests connected and entertained. The 3 Bedroom Deluxe unit is fitted with a full kitchen. Guests can enjoy the comfort of air conditioning throughout the suite, and practical amenities like an iron/ironing board are provided. The suite is non-smoking, ensuring a fresh and pleasant environment for all guests. The resort itself is located just one mile off The Strip in Las Vegas, offering a peaceful retreat with easy access to the city’s vibrant attractions. Guests can enjoy facilities such as two outdoor pools and hot tubs, cabanas, a poolside bar and grill, a fire pit, and a fitness center. GUEST NAME CHANGE POLICY Guest name changes on the reservation must be made more than 15 days prior to check-in. The resort charges a $99 guest name change on the reservation. RESERVATION CHANGE POLICY All date, unit, or location changes made are subject to a $30 change fee. Any changes are subject to the resort’s availability. CANCELLATION POLICY A full refund will be provided for cancellations that are made 31 days prior to check-in. A 50%refund will be provided for cancellations 30 to 15 days prior to check-in.
