The large living room also has one futon that can be made into a twin bed and a large sofa. With these options, the apartment can comfortably sleep up to four guests. Each room is equipped with an air conditioner. The bedroom has a built-in closet with drawers as well as a full-bathroom. The living room also has a half-bathroom. New and fully-equipped kitchen with a contemporary dining area and a beautiful island. There's a washing machine. Bright and stylishly designed rooms with paintings from local artists. Large desk/work station for business travelers. Equipped with HD TV, internet, and cable. Private parking space in the building is available. WiFi (high speed), Smart Tv/Netflix. Elevator and stairs, the apartment is on a second floor (two stairs) Centrally located in Mendoza's "Quinta Sección". The apartment is on a quiet residential street, but is walking distance to many of the City's liveliest areas and impressive sights. The apartment is a 2-block walk from Mendoza's "Parque General San Martin". With a lake, regatta club, golf club, exercise opportunities, and secure pedestrian loop, the park is a daily focal point for the community and is always filled with people exercising, rollerblading, or simply sitting and drinking “mate". The apartment is a 15 -minute walk to downtown, and a 20-minute walk to the "Plaza Independencia" and Mendoza's "Peatonal Sarmiento". Both locations are traditional gathering spots for locals to enjoy artisan stands in the Plaza or the cafes and restaurants that line the Peatonal. For more restaurants and nightlife, the apartment is a 7 -minute walk from the entertainment district on "Avenida Aristides Villanueva". On Aristides you will find several blocks of popular restaurants and bars. On summer nights, the sidewalks are lined with people enjoying outdoor dining, and during the cooler months, the restaurants remain filled as the nightlife remains active. Easy access from the airport or bus station. There is a laundromat on the corner, a bank, gas station, grocery store, and pharmacy all within two blocks of the apartment. Prior to your arrival, I will send you suggestions of interesting places to enjoy while in Mendoza. Check-in is from 14:00 hrs on and check-out at 10:00 hrs, times can be flexible depending on the arrival or departure of our guests. Guests should inform us their arrival time 72 hs prior to the check in day. We’ll be glad to receive you and show you the apartment. Otherwise, you'll be informed the address where you can to pick up the keys to self-check-in. Electricity is included up to USD 100 per month, which covers normal household use. For long-term stays, any extra consumption above that amount will be charged separately. Don't be a "tourist". Enjoy Argentina the way it was meant to be experienced - like a Mendocino!!
