As you step into our updated cozy brick ranch home, you'll feel relaxed from your travels. Our home is designed to help you unwind after a long day of work or touring the area. Little Gem- Master Suites is best suited for 1 or 2 adults, or a max of 4 people total if bringing children. Our 1 bedroom master suite is spacious with a comfy king-size bed. Savannah's weather can vary during the day and night, so we include a throw blanket for your extra comfort. The master bedroom includes several amenities: * T.V. with Fire Stick to log into your favorite streaming service app (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, etc) * Large desk for remote work * Private coffee bar * Mini-fridge * Dresser * Full-length mirror * Large closet with hangers * Iron and ironing board * Pack-n-play crib The master bathroom is also fully equipped with everything you would need for your stay: * Jacuzzi tub * Hair dryer * Full-size toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bar soap) * Toilet paper * Bath towels, hand towels, and face towels We also have a Pull-Out Couch that converts to a Full-size Bed, which is the 2nd Bed available in the property. Linens for the pull-out couch are located in the chaise. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal or warm up leftovers from the local restaurants. We provide a drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, Keurig coffee and tea pods, creamer, sugar, salt, and common spices. When you're ready to unwind, our beautiful outdoor patio spaces are the perfect place to relax and recharge. Patio #1 - Our hot tub patio is perfect for soaking in the bubbles while enjoying a refreshing drink. Patio #2 - This patio is attached to the master bedroom, and offers a sunrise view, where you can sip your coffee and embrace the beauty of the morning or relax in the evening watching the stars. Other Entertainment: Love retro arcade games? Our Legends Ultimate arcade system has over 1000 games - Millipede, Space Invaders, Pac-Man, and so much more! We also have a large TV in the living room that has a number of apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc). You can use your personal login AND sign out before you check-out (leave the property). Please note we do not have cable. Arriving late in the evening? No worries! We ensure our home is lit for your convenience. HOUSE RULES: 1. A $150 security deposit hold that is charged separately will be required a day before arrival and immediately refunded/ released 2 business days after the end of the stay if there are no missing items or major damages to the property. 2. An individual renter agreement must be completed before your arrival. Our systems will generate a unique key code for self-check-in after the rental agreement has been signed by the person booking the property. 3. Max of 2 vehicles in the driveway. 4. No smoking inside the property. 5. Quiet Hours between 10 p.m. - 7 a.m. in accordance with local ordinances. Calls/messages/inquiries sent after 10 p.m. EST that are not urgent will be responded to the next day starting at 9 a.m. EST. Guest access Self-Check-In: Guests will receive a special door code that will allow access to the property during the period of their stay. The code is generated after the completion of the individual renter agreement and sent out the day before check-in.
