Relax with the whole family in a big house near Stavanger. Access to the main part of the house , except for a basement apartment that is separated from the main section and has a separate entrance and parking space. Please note that 1 quiet person lives in the basement apartment in the building. Access to 3 of 4 bedrooms and bathroom on the loft floor , the entire 2nd floor with hallway , toilet, laundry room, kitchen, living room , garden room and outdoor area. Newly renovated basement bedroom will be available in May. Parking in the carport The space 3 bedrooms available . 1 bedroom with double bed , 1 bedroom with sofa bed and 1 single room. Great bathroom on the loft floor. Access everything on the main floor (2nd floor ) and outdoor areas. No access to basement and private locked rooms Guest access Main part of the house . 2 and 3 floor. Exceptions from children's room on the 3rd floor. Wardrobe closet in room 3 is the host's private wardrobe. On the floor, there is a basement apartment that is rented out and unavailable for guests. Friendly respect for the tenant in the basement and the host and his son's bedroom part that should be locked rooms. Bedroom 3 (host's bedroom) is available when renting the entire place for periods when the host is out of town. Other things to note There is a basement apartment in the home that is rented out. Friendly consideration for the tenant in the basement and have quiet after 11 p.m. Parking space in courtyard is reserved for the basement apartment resident. Friendly parks in or in front of carport. Or along road by bus stop.
