Relax with the whole family in a big house near Stavanger. Access to the main part of the house, except for a basement apartment that is separated from the main part and has a private entrance and parking space. Please note that there is 1 quiet person living in the basement apartment in the building. Access to 3 of 4 bedrooms and bathrooms in the attic, the entire 2nd floor with hallway, toilet, laundry room, kitchen, living room, garden room and outdoor area. Newly renovated bedroom in the basement will be available in May. Parking in carport The space 3 bedrooms available. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with sofa bed and 1 single room. Great bathroom in the attic. Access to everything on the main floor (2nd floor) and outdoor areas. No access to the basement and private locked rooms Guest access Main part of the house. 2nd and 3rd floor. Exceptions from children's rooms on the 3rd floor. Wardrobe cabinet in room 3 is the host's private wardrobe. In the lower floor there is a basement apartment that is rented out and inaccessible to guests. Please respect the tenants in the basement and the host's and his son's bedroom area which will be locked rooms. Bedroom 3 (host's bedroom) is available when renting the entire place during periods when the host is away. Other things to note There is a basement apartment in the house that is rented out. Please show consideration for tenants in the basement and be quiet after 11 pm Parking space in the courtyard is reserved for the basement apartment's residents. Please park in or in front of the carport. Or along the road at the bus stop.
