This is one room in a 7 bedroom guest house. It is a private room with private bathroom. The bed in this room is a king size bed for one or two people. You will have access to all the common areas of the house which include the kitchen, dinning room, living-room, three outdoor seating areas, as well as the 3rd floor roof-top. The space The house was built not too long ago. I originally designed it so my kids and grandkids could have a place to stay when they came to visit. Well, they don't visit as much as I would like so their rooms are up for grabs. lol Guest access The house is built with an OPEN floorplan. The kitchen is a FULL kitchen equipped with everything you'll need. It is up to you to clean up after yourself if you use it. The dinning, and living-room area is available for you to use as well. There are 3 outside seating areas. One on the first floor, and two on the second floor that are available for you to use when ever you would like. Last, there is the roof top deck that is under construction, but still available for you to enjoy while you stay here. Other things to note There are two parrots and two small dogs living in the house. I'm very flexible with check-ins. If you need to arrive at a specific time please let me know and we can work it out.
