One of them has a queen bed, another bedroom has 2 single beds and the third bedroom has a double bed - all with air conditioning. IMPORTANT: Rooms will be made available based on the number of guests. The others are closed. Availability: - 1 to 2 guests: 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom; - 3 guests: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; - 4 guests: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - 5 or 6 guests: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. NOTE: Requesting an ADDITIONAL ROOM costs R$40.00 per night. You will have access to high-speed broadband wifi, ideal for working or watching your favorite series. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook or prepare a snack and has the utensils for a set table. It has a table for faster meals. You will have bed, table and bath linen at your disposal. Important: the building has no elevator but only has 3 flights of stairs to access the apartment. It is not allowed to bring visitors. The garage space is attached, shared with a neighboring apartment. Guest access - After confirming the reservation, it is necessary to send the documents of all guests for proper registration and access authorization, as well as the model and license plate of the vehicle. - Prior to check-in, the guest will receive all the necessary information to access the condominium and the apartment with a password on the digital lock. - No unauthorized or previously registered persons are allowed to access the accommodation. - All guests are subject to the condominium's rules. In case of non-compliance, any fines will be passed on and borne by the person responsible for the reservation. Important: The building does not have an elevator but there are only 3 flights of stairs to access the apartment.
