Located in a quiet neighborhood amidst the bustle, it's a comfortable living space where you can watch the sunrise in the early morning, listen to the crickets during the day, and rest peacefully at night. For those who want to take a break from their usual routine, this is a small neighborhood where you can escape from the old and rediscover the joy of living. The house has a Japanese-style design with a spacious living room and a bar area where you can make coffee. You can relax and enjoy life amidst music and a wide array of books. The doors of both rooms (master bedroom and guest room) are made of translucent glass (with curtains), ensuring privacy. However, if you have concerns about this, please do not book. The hostess is currently unemployed and has a regular schedule. She studied in Australia, worked part-time while vacationing in Japan, and backpacked around the world. She enjoys making friends. If she has time, she would be happy to pick you up from the station or show you around this quiet and friendly old neighborhood. Of course, she can also be quiet and not disturb you, or you can relax and enjoy your own time in the room or in the small living room. The house is near Zhubei Railway Station. The most recommended way to get to the house is to go to Zhubei Railway Station, either by walking, Youbike, or taxi (it shouldn't be a long ride without the meter running). For those coming from outside, it is recommended to search for Xinshe Elementary School on Google Maps or refer to the various transportation guides in the pictures. The space Single bedroom with a bed, wardrobe, desk, desk chair, lounge chair, air conditioning, and electric fan; the building has a 24-hour security desk; the door can be locked (with a key), and the door panel is made of transparent glass (with a door curtain); shared bathroom (with a bathtub) is available, and shower products, towels (changed regularly), and a hairdryer can be used. (2) If your arrival time allows, I will be happy to pick you up at Zhubei Railway Station (by car). (3) Currently, there is a female resident who regularly travels from Taipei to Hsinchu Science Park on Mondays and Tuesdays. Reservations will be temporarily closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, but some weeks are still negotiable (she is traveling abroad on business). Those who are traveling regularly to other counties or cities are welcome to inquire about short-term but more regular accommodation (price negotiable).
