Unit is on the 3rd floor. No elevator access only stairs. Guest access You'll get a key fob for indoor gym 24 hr access at checkin. The same key fob will open the pool area for you during pool hours. Pool is seasonal so please feel free to use it when its open 8am to 9pm Monday to Saturday. We have a valet trash service that picks up your trash right outside of your door. Just place your trash in the black dedicated bins outside of your door and we will throwout the trash for you! Other things to note This apartment home is on the 3rd floor. Please note, no elevator.
