Newly decorated guest suite (double & add on twin)

Newly refurbished rooms in quiet, leafy area in Perth. Double room with private entrance and bathroom with option to book twin room as an add on (£35 a night). You will have the guest suite to yourself and will not encounter any other guests during your stay. Please note that as you need to enter the guest suite via the double room, the double room must be booked. It’s not possible to book the twin room without booking the double. No cooking facilities but there is tea and coffee. No smoking. There are several in store laundrettes in Perth city center and a few 24 hour laundrettes (washing machine and tumble dryer) which can be located on the revolution-laundry website. Any questions please reach out :) Guest access The room is accessed via a side gate and then a separate private entrance through patio doors. You enter into the double room. From there you enter a small hall (locked off from the rest of the house) with doors to bedroom two and the private shower room. The hall is completely private and accessible only by you. Please note that the second bedroom will also be locked off unless this has been booked. During your stay I’m working from home so will be around all day, but you will have the room/s to yourself and will have complete privacy during your stay. A small section of garden has been cordoned off which we do not access while guests are staying. The garden area has some wooden seating and a low coffee table. Other things to note It’s a 3-min walk to the local bus stop which takes you into town, or a 20-min walk to the Broxden bus terminal which has buses to all of Scotland’s main cities. Perth city center has another bus terminal and a train station. There are airports in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen with smaller private airports in Dundee and Perth.
