It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a 2nd story living room, a bonus room with a 1/2 kitchen, 5 patios, and a hot tub! Please be advised that if you choose to use the Island House for your event, an additional event fee will be added to your booking. Guest access Enter house except locked closet area in garage for owner use. Other things to note Delta Paradise Island has boat slips for daily use or overnight use however launching must be done next door at B&W Resort. Launch fee will apply and be paid directly to B&W. Trailers can be parked at Delta Paradise Island.
