The space Our 200-year-old Georgian house offers 8 spacious and elegant bedrooms, including the unique Pool House suite in the walled garden. The gardens also feature open countryside views and plenty of room to unwind, with evenings often ending around the cozy fire pit. Families are especially well catered for, with a children’s playground and trampoline to keep little ones happily entertained throughout your stay. Whether you’re cooking big family meals, catching up around the fire, splashing in the pool, or heading out to explore the coast and nearby market towns, Margaretta House is a comfortable base for meaningful, easygoing time together. Pet-Friendly Dogs are warmly welcomed, so feel free to bring your fluffy friends. We just kindly ask to please keep pets on leads when near sheep or wildlife to help protect our surroundings. 🛏 6 Super King beds – 4 of these can be converted into 8 extra-long single beds (please request this setup before your stay). 🛏 Bunk beds located on the ground floor, ideal for children or additional guests. 🏡 The Pool House suite – features a King-size bed, private ensuite bathroom, a lounge area, and a private lit patio that opens onto the garden. Other things to note The salt water swimming pool is in enclosed in a retractable glass enclosure and heated all year round. We supply pool towels for each guest as well as bath towels, bath and hair products in each bathroom and hair dryers in each bedroom.
