The accommodation offers a fitted kitchen on the ground floor, as well as a seating area equipped with a bench. Upstairs you will find the toilet, as well as the master suite. Azay-Sur-Thouet is 1.5 hours from La Rochelle, 1 hour from Futuroscope and Puy du Fou, 45 minutes from Marais Poitevin and 10 minutes from Parthenay (FLIP) and Pougne Hérisson (Festival du Nombril du Monde). No pets allowed. The space Quiet and relaxing 36 m2 duplex, freshly renovated, and decorated in a wood and metal style. Nice, functional and cool place to stay in summer. On the ground floor, you will find the fitted kitchen (fridge, 2-burner electric hob, microwave, Senséo coffee maker as well as basic dishes and cookware). We also provide some coffee pods and tea bags. The living room consists of a bench, coffee table and smart TV). The staircase that leads upstairs is a little steep, and can be a problem for some people, despite the presence of a handrail. Upstairs, there is access to the toilet on the landing. There is also the master suite, which consists of a bathroom (shower and sink) and a bedroom area with a 140 cm bed, night tables and a storage shelf. Linens provided: sheets, bathroom towels and tea towels. Both skylights are equipped with solar roller shutters. The accommodation is equipped with two latest generation electric radiators, as well as a towel dryer in the bathroom. Located in the heart of Gâtine, walks are close by.
