To that effect, we provide: - AC, Wi-Fi, TV - Outdoor Theater experience, bonfire and BBQ (at additional cost) - Indoor games - Wardrobe, lockers, hangers - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Secured parking space for 1 car The Spaces: There are two units named Infinite and Tranquil, each unit has, BEDROOMS - There are 3 spacious and well-furnished rooms with attached balconies on the first floor. - All rooms offer a plethora of amenities such as a queen-sized bed, an extra foldable mattress, AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, and a locker. - Wake up to amazing vistas of the verdant surroundings and garden that each room here has to offer. - All rooms have an en-suite bathroom equipped with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. - Please note that for 4 or less than 4 guests, only two rooms can be made available. In case the property is occupied by more than 4 guests, the third room can be made available for the same. BATHROOMS - There are 3 attached bathrooms on the first floor and 1 common bathroom on the ground floor. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There is an expansive living room on the ground floor of this property adorned with modern-chic furnishings. - With its sofa-style seating, this room can accommodate up to 8 people easily. - This room is equipped with plush amenities such as an AC, TV and Wi-Fi access. - The dining area is a part of the living room on the ground floor. - The villa also features a private outdoor pool overlooking the seamless verdant surroundings. - It is 15 x 25 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. It also has a partition for kids area which is 1.5ft deep. - Smart TV with all the major OTTs including Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hotstar KITCHEN Guests can use kitchen only for reheating puroose. The kitchen is equipped with crockery and cutlery. FOOD - Vegetarian, non-vegetarian and Jain meals are included. - Two Separate kitchens for Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals - Guests are requested to confirm their order 48 hours prior to the check-in date. - Guests will have to select their order from the Menu provided to them post-booking confirmation. - Last-minute orders are not allowed. - Meals are included in the price for your convenience! However, you're welcome to make it optional or even choose only specific meals during your stay. Just let us know in advance, and we can adjust the pricing accordingly to fit your preferences. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. Kitchen is used only for reheating purpose. Other things to note HANDPICKED EXPERIENCES Within this elegant and opulent property, guests can enjoy a multitude of carefully designed experiences that make their stay quite the memorable one. The outdoor private pool is a great way for guests to unwind. How about a brief round of indoor games with your tribe while spending some quality time together? As the chilly night sets in, guests can also request a bonfire to be lit up. Guests can relax and enjoy the beautiful lakefront and outdoor garden, both just a short couple of minutes' walk from the property. ADD-ON SERVICES - A bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs.1500 for 2 hours. - Outdoor Movie screening can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 500. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - This is a couple friendly property. - This is a pet-friendly property. - This is not a wheelchair friendly property.. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Vi, Jio and Airtel work fairly well here. - Consumption of Alcohol is allowed. - Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas only. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas, common area and kitchen for security purposes. - The stay is a part of a gated complex. - The caretaker stays in the outhouse which is on the premises of the property and will be available from 09:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
