This includes all four bedrooms, the living and dining areas, the fully equipped kitchen, and all bathrooms. You’ll also have access to our outdoor space, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the grill. Additionally, you'll have access to garage parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, and all home amenities, including a washer and dryer, smart TV, full oven and stove and a coffee maker. We provide self-check-in for your convenience. The entire space is yours to enjoy, so make yourself at home! Other things to note House Rules: Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside of the home. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Cleaning: We take pride in maintaining a clean and well-kept home. A cleaning fee is included in your booking, which covers cleaning before your arrival and after your departure. Accessibility: The property is accessible via a few steps, and all living areas are on 3 levels. Please keep this in mind if anyone in your group has mobility issues. The bedrooms are located upstairs. Neighborhood: The home is located in a family-friendly neighborhood, close to local parks and amenities.
