Come to enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of Upper Turtle Lake in our updated, mid-century designed, lakefront property. In the summer, have fun in the beautiful outdoors with kayaks, a paddle board, a LillyPad, hammocks and whole host of lawn games. In the winter, weather permitting, you can enjoy snowmobiling the many trails nearby, ice fishing or simply cozy up inside with some hot chocolate! The space This 4 bedroom/3 bath is your home away from home. Fully stocked bathrooms and kitchen will ensure you enjoy your vacation. Beds on 3rd Floor: Primary with king bed and on suite bathroom 2nd bedroom with queen bed 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds (2nd & 3rd bedroom share a hallway bathroom) Main Floor: Grey couch flattens out for a bed, should it be needed Beds in basement: King bed and shared bathroom for downstairs Couch has a pull-out bed Laundry available in basement. Games are stocked under the tv on the main floor. TV's have Amazon Fire Sticks and have Xfinity Stream for live TV, Netflix and Hulu available for use. Any other app can be downloaded should you want to use your own log in. Please note: As a resident of Barron County, we are not allowed to offer shared food in the house. We do offer a few packs of coffee, sugars & creamers to get you started. Please plan on bringing most or all food that you want. The local grocery store (Austad's) is rather small. Any large chain stores (i.e. Target, Wal Mart, etc) can be found in Rice Lake, which is about a 30-minute drive. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, front yard and back yard. Other things to note Patio: - Couches and chairs around a firepit (these are put away in winter) - Dining table - Wood-Fired Pizza oven (Use at your own discretion. Renter assumes all liability. Any damage will be charged at cost.) Wood available for use. Excessive use of firewood will be charged a $50 additional fee. If firepit is used, renter is responsible to completely extinguish before leaving the area. Boat House: - Outdoor games: Cornhole, bocce, soccer ball & goal, and more - Life Jackets: All sizes: Toddler, Kids, Adult S/M/L/XL - Towels - Fishing poles and tools. Bait available for purchase at any of the local gas stations - Paddle Board & Kayak: All riders MUST wear a life jacket - no exceptions - Paddles are in the boat house Stairs: - Please ALWAYS hold handrails going up and down the stairs.
