While we fumigate regularly, you may still encounter various insects. We will do our best to minimize this during your stay. The house is located in a rural area of Oaxaca. Although it is part of an exclusive and well-maintained gated community, power outages can occasionally occur—especially during storms. When the power goes out, all electrical devices such as air conditioning and ceiling fans stop working. Additionally, the house’s running water comes from a private well and relies on a hydro-pneumatic pump, which means there is no water supply during a power outage. We always do our best to restore service as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding in case this happens.
