Beautiful house with exposed stones on the Charentais lands with private pool offering stunning views of the Château de Villebois-Lavalette. Fully equipped adjoining studio with living room/bedroom, kitchen, shower room and its own terrace. The space In the main house: Large fully equipped living/dining/kitchen (classic filter coffee maker and Senseo coffee maker) with TV and wifi. With an area of more than 60 m 2, this room is air-conditioned. After descending a few steps, you have access to a first large bedroom, which can accommodate 4 people, 25 m2 with fireplace, a 140 x 190 bed, and a television. It has a sofa bed with a very comfortable 140 x 190 mattress. A second bedroom of 27 m2, with fireplace, can accommodate 4 people with 2 old "roll-up beds" of 120 x 190 and a bed of 140 x 190. Between these 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and 2 basins. A third and last bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a private entrance, a private terrace with a view, an adjoining bathroom and a nice wooden baby bed. The bedding is either new or in excellent condition in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Optional on-demand sound and light set at €100 per day. In the 20m2 studio: A bedroom with a 140x190 mezzanine bed and a new sofa bed (Dunlopillo) (See Bedroom 4 in the photos). A kitchenette with all the necessary equipment (see photo Kitchen 2). A bathroom with WC See photo Bathroom 3). A garden furniture with a magnificent view of the Château de Villebois Lavalette and a second barbecue. In the large garden of 5000m2, children will be able to enjoy the trampoline, while others take a nap in the hammock in the shade of the trees. Summer days will be punctuated by a few dives in the 6m x 3m swimming pool, secured by a blade curtain when you don't want to use it (open from May 15 to September 15 depending on the weather). An outdoor dining area is located right next to the pool as well as a large barbecue.
