On our little piece of Boularderie Island, we invite you to come relax, restore and reconnect in our cozy, well-appointed private studio suite just 2 minutes from Trans-Canada Highway 105 located in Boularderie Centre. Nestled in a serene countryside area located along the Bras d’Or Lake, this easy location is your perfect starting or ending point to all Cape Breton’s iconic amenities. A retreat to rest, recharge and plan your next adventure! The space Guests can enjoy a cozy, spacious, meticulously clean studio suite. The private outside entrance welcomes you into a charming oasis providing a queen size comfortable bed, fully equipped private ensuite bathroom, living area, mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, dishes, cutlery, toaster, TV, high-speed wi-fi, outdoor patio area. The suite contains a pantry to provide you with a complimentary continental breakfast to jump start your day. Our property has an extra-large parking area. Some of our guests have travelled with a utility trailer carrying sporting equipment, motorcycles and appreciated the spaciousness of the parking area. Guest access Guest gain sole access to the studio suite via the exterior keyless smart-lock entrance. The suite is completely private (as shown in photos). There is no sharing whatsoever with the rest of the home. You will have a private patio area to enjoy your morning coffee and feel the warmth of the early morning sun or enjoy an evening beverage watching the rising of the moon! Perhaps a morning wooded walk to the lake may be on your agenda! Feel free to roam our property, view our vegetable and flower gardens. Other things to note With a 2 minute access to the Trans-Canada Highway NS-105, you will be 20 minutes to Marine Atlantic Ferry terminal, 15 minutes to the Gaelic College, 20 minutes to the Cabot Trail, 25 minutes to Baddeck and 27 minutes to Sydney. Cape Breton Island is a popular destination known for its stunning landscapes, rich history, vibrant culture and the popular road trip around the Cabot Trail. There are a number of restaurants within the vicinity. As shown in listing photo, please note there are 4 easy steps before gaining entrance to the studio. For boating enthusiasts, the Ross Ferry Marine Park (9655 Kempt Head Rd) is 10 minutes from us.
