Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located safe and spectacular neighborhood. A second bedroom is available for another person at a discount. Up to 3 people can rent 2 rooms and bath together. Please contact for availability. One person per bedroom, except on weekends. Snacks and eating/relaxing area are shared one first floor. Couples are welcome on weekends only with $20 extra charge. Hall bathroom will be used be one renter or party of renters at a time. The space Our family home is inhabited by 2 adults and 2 cats. Our daughter returns during school breaks. There is a rented attic studio/kitchen/bedroom (see separated listing). On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms. One is used for an office, the ensuite is the owners', and there are two medium sized bedrooms and a bathroom. A large living room and dining room are separated from the owner's other living space. Select food amenities, glasses, and dishes are included in the dining room. Books and games are available in the living room. The large front porch is a good place to wind down. Long term renters have kitchen and laundry privileges.
