In the main home, you have the open floor plan upstairs living area and fully equipped kitchen. THERE ARE NO SLEEPING QUARTERS ON THE MAIN FLOOR . Just off this area is the comfortable outdoor living area with another fireplace. Its a great place for all to gather, relax and enjoy the views. When it's time to retire for the evening, You have the Guest house with two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchenette that sleeps 12. Also, you have the master suite downstairs that boasts a huge living area, kitchenette and gas fireplace. Horse/Barn Rental If you are bringing your horses, there is a $25/night/horse fee. Arrangements must be made at the time of booking via message to Host. Your horses need to be able to led out to the pasture, across a gravel lot from the barn. Your horses are your responsibility to load/unload, feed, hay, clean stalls (Dump into the spreader). You will be provided with 1 bale of shavings, fresh water (hoses inside the barn). Stalls are 12x12 with rubber padded floors. Cross ties and wash rack available. Plenty of room to pull in a rig. Nothing over 45’ rig (bumper to bumper). We have beautiful riding trails within 30 minutes. More info available upon request. We do not rent horses. Guest access As the owner does live at this property part-time, she requests that her personal space and belongings are not disturbed. There are signs that request no entry into these areas. Please take care of her beautiful home. Other things to note Before leaving: Please load the dishwasher with any final dishes and turn it on. Please bring all laundry from guesthouse and downstairs up to the laundry room. Please place all trash inside the large bin to the right of the firewood pile outside. Please close all doors and windows and leave the doors unlocked. Leave the keys on the counter in the kitchen. Please turn out all lights.
