Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions caused by service providers and excessive user load due to the intensity of the season. Our service: Our villa is delivered to our guests in a clean condition. Our guests are welcomed by our team and the villa is handed over with the keys. During your stay, you can get support from us without hesitation about anything, including information about the area. Minimum stay is 5 nights. Damage Deposit: A security deposit of 10,000 TL will be taken during check-in for damage, loss, breakage, spillage, etc. The deposit is returned by our team at the exit of the villa, as long as there are no problems such as broken, damaged, lost items. Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No additional fee is charged. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guide services, health insurance, etc. are not included in the prices. All our villas located in nature are regularly sprayed. However, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, bees, etc. in the vicinity. Guest access This residence is designed entirely for the needs of guests. The garden is private. The pool is private for you. You'll have the entire house at your disposal. Other things to note Single-use toilet paper is placed in the bathrooms at home. Our guests who rent the house buy the basic necessities that you can consume during the holiday. We do not keep food such as salt, black pepper, oil, spices, sugar in the house for hygiene reasons. Guests can shop according to their needs. Electricity, Water, Gas fees are included in the house rental price.
