July 4th is available! Welcome to my business NRGLR. I have multiple lake homes on this chain of 7 lakes. This house views 7 miles of the lake with The Coldwater Golf Course on the other side of the house. Sat - Sat rental in Summer months. This home also has a beach, cedar playhouse, rentable pontoon, and all amenities. The house is very spacious with 4 bedrooms but 11 beds. Check out the upper and lower decks. A great way to vacation, you deserve a get-away like this. Thanks! The space This home is unique, designed with your comfort in mind. It's the location, location, location. Boaters will be smiling and waving at you as you look across the 7 miles of lake. The beach, bon fire, and cedar playhouse puts you at lake level. The pontoon is docked on property for your convenience, get in, turn the key and go. The home is mid-century design, with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a recreational room with pool table and darts, and two decks, upper and lower level. It's very spacious. The house all amenities, multiple tv's, WIFI, fiber internet, two fridges, a two car garage, and a great view of The Coldwater Golf Course. The lake frontage is about 180', by the way, excellent fishing off the beach or dock. The home was completely remodeled in 2024, everything from windows to doors to decking. I think the pictures tell the whole story. The window trim, interior, is yet to be painted but completed over the winter months. I wanted to post the house with the rental booking season quickly approaching. In the summer months, family vacations, the house rents from Sat-Sat only. Based on multiple homes my cleaning crew flips this home on Saturday and the other on Sunday. I do 4 day rentals in Spring and Fall, actually my favorite time of year. I try to organize the pictures as if walking through the house to experience it's beauty and spaciousness. I love the house but the decks and beach area provide the optimal lake living experience. I also believe that I am responsible for your vacation. My home is always in excellent condition, clean, fresh, and very welcoming. I emphasis this because it takes time to execute each weekend but you're renting from me and that's how I run the business. My homes have rented for 17 years with over 390 rentals. The guests have all been very happy with their stay. Please note, I rent Sat-Sat during the summer months, June, July, and August. In Spring and Fall 4 day rentals.
