A perfect escape by the beautiful Lac de l'Abbaye, in the heart of the Jura Mountains. Enjoy a beautiful apartment, renovated in 2023, modern and spacious. Ideal for a getaway with family or friends, this accommodation offers the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable vacation among lakes and unspoiled forests! The space At L'Orée du Lac, everything is designed for you, your well-being and your serenity, between forests and lakes, silence and discovery, tasting and rest. Access: Two free public parking lots adjacent to the property will allow you to access your vehicles simply and effortlessly. Located on the ground floor, it gives you privileged access to Lac de l'Abbaye and its grass beach, which is a 1-minute walk away, as well as to numerous marked hiking trails. The apartment: Located on the ground floor, it is accessible by entering a closed and secure entrance hall for our guests only. It is composed as follows: - A large living room with open kitchen (and everything you need for cooking: oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, etc.). - a dining table for 4 people with comfortable chairs - a living room with sofa bed and a TV with access to TV channels and all your favorite apps - a laundry room with a washing machine and space to store your luggage. There is also a raclette and fondue set, an extension cord, board games, and cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner, mop, household products). - a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink unit (hair dryer available) - a bright bedroom with a queen size bed and a shelf with hangers for your clothes What is provided upon arrival: - Bed linens and bath linens for the number of guests staying - oil, salt and pepper, - ground coffee and filters for the filter coffee machine, - Dishwashing products, - hand soap, - 2 toilet rolls, - 2 garbage bags, - dishwasher detergent, - 2 kitchen towels, - one laundry detergent pod, On request, for an additional charge: - Pets (€15/stay) – it is mandatory to mention this when booking. - Folding baby cot and baby chair (€15/stay) - Paddleboards for sailing on Lac de l'Abbaye (€20 per paddleboard per day) - Early check-in and late check-out (upon request and subject to availability) Outside: At the back of the house, enjoy a pleasant grassy area and the picnic table available to the apartments of L'Orée du Lac and its guests to extend summer evenings outdoors. Less than 6 minutes' drive to Saint Laurent en Grandvaux where you will find all the necessary shops (supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy, deli/butcher...).
