This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Designed by an artist, the completely re-imagined cottage home is located close to all things downtown and the University of Oklahoma! The house is walkable to campus corner, the football stadium, other athletic facilities, wonderful restaurants on Main Street, walking trails, music and art festivals + much more. NO smoking on the property will be tolerated. Your home away from home, Welcome to our Cozy Campus Casa! The space This beautiful cottage home has been renovated with the owner's artist eye. Twinkle lights automagically come on in the morning to greet you, as well as the early evening hours to settle you in for a relaxing evening. Beds are adorned with cool 800 thread count cotton sheets, warm blankets and comfy pillows. The two bathrooms are equipped with organic hand-crafted body soap, shampoo and creme rinse from the wonderful company Heliotrope in San Francisco. Organic Ruta Maya coffee starts your day, offering both caffeinated and swiss-water decaf, for all those who love the taste of a good 'cup of jo'. There is a french press, as well as a drip coffee machine. If you prefer tea, there is a water kettle + a variety of teas. Take in the gorgeous trees in the backyard, as you relax with coffee or an evening cocktail in two seating areas. Take note of the stars that are seen throughout the house! Stars symbolize hope, imagination, exploration, and creativity, all qualities that this home embodies. Most of all, enJOY this special well-loved home away from home! Please note: This is a 100% smoke-free house and grounds. NO smoking on the property will be tolerated. If any smell or remains from cigarettes and vaping are found on the site, the renter will be charged an additional $300 per day. The owner is highly allergic to any smoke. Other things to note We invite you to take off your shoes at the door, leaving the Oklahoma dirt outside. Enjoy the feel of bare or sock feet, knowing that you are keeping the house clean, and also exercising your feet... the hands that touch the Earth! There is absolutely no smoking allowed anywhere on the property. The owner is extremely allergic to smoke. If there is any evidence of smoke, (smell, cigarette butts, etc.), there will be an additional $300 charge. We believe in recycling! Please put paper, aluminum and plastic in the blue recycling bin.
