The perfect stay for your family or work trip! The space Please note: while the bedrooms comfortably sleep 10 guests, the downstairs living and dining areas only have seating for 6-8 guests. GROUND FLOOR: • Living Room: The bright and airy lounge features comfortable seating for six, a huge Smart TV (own streaming subscriptions required) and French doors that open directly into the south-facing private garden • Kitchen & Dining: The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures with two full-size electric ovens, a large gas hob, dishwasher and tall fridge-freezer. The adjacent dining area seats up to eight guests. French doors from the kitchen open into the garden • Dedicated Workspace: A separate study includes an office desk and chair, providing a quiet and dedicated work area for your needs • Utility & WC: A convenient utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, plus a downstairs WC FIRST FLOOR: • Master Bedroom: This large bedroom features a king-size bed, Freeview TV with Amazon Fire Stick, ample wardrobe space and an ensuite bathroom with a separate bath and walk-in shower • 2nd & 3rd bedrooms both offer a double bed with hanging and shelf storage • 4th bedroom features 2 x single beds with storage • All 4 bedrooms on the first floor share a family bathroom equipped with both a separate bath and a shower enclosure SECOND FLOOR: • The spacious fifth bedroom occupies most of the top floor, featuring a king-size bed and its own separate shower room with a WC for added convenience. OUTSIDE SPACE • Enjoy the beautifully landscaped, south-facing rear garden, complete with an olive tree, apple tree and a large pergola covering the patio. A foldout table with seating for eight is available in the warmer months For those traveling with little ones, you'll find a few children's books, toys and dinnerware to help make your stay stress-free. Parking directly outside the double garage for 2 cars plus ample visitors parking at the front of the property in the middle of the road (please do not park anywhere on Stratford Way as this area is strictly for residents only). A travel cot and high chair are available for an extra cost, ensuring a stress-free stay for younger families. Conveniently located just a short walk from a variety of shops, takeaways & restaurants with Bicester Village Designer Outlet only a 10 minute walk away. Blenheim Palace is 20 minutes away and Silverstone is 30 minutes away, with a regular bus service to Oxford. The M40 (J9) is only 5 minutes away. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the entire three-story detached home and all outdoor areas, including the private garden. Please note that a small storage room on the top floor and the double garages are locked for owner use and are not accessible to guests. Other things to note • House rules: This is a family home in a very quiet close knit community, so strictly no parties allowed. Sorry, no pets and no smoking or vaping indoors please. • Professional Management: This property is professionally managed to a hotel standard. You are guaranteed professionally cleaned linens and toiletries, and 24/7 guest support is available. • Check-in/Out: Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. An earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible for an additional fee, subject to availability and prior arrangement. • Security: For your security, please be aware that exterior security cameras are located on the property. • Family Extras: A travel cot and high chair can be provided for an additional cost of £25 per stay. Please request these at the time of booking and bring your own bedding for the travel cot. • Keys: Please be careful with the keys. A £50 callout charge will apply for misplaced keys, and a £100 charge will be applied for lost keys. • Water: Our home uses a water softening device. If you require untreated water for drinking, a separate tap is available at the sink in the utility room.
